The Management Committee implements decisions of the CEIBS Board of Directors, and is responsible for the day-to-day management of the school.

With the approval of the CEIBS Board of Directors, the CEIBS Management Committee consists of the following members:

- Prof. Wang Hong, President
- Prof. Frank Bournois, Co-President (European)
- Prof. Léon Laulusa, Vice President and Dean
- Prof. Zhu Tian, Vice President and Co-Dean
- Prof. Dominique Turpin, President Emeritus
- Dr. Ma Lei, Secretary of the CPC Committee
- Prof. Wang Gao, Associate Dean
- Prof. Sebastian Schuh, Department Chair (Organisational Behaviour and Human Resource Management)

With the leadership of the CEIBS Board of Directors, the President of CEIBS is responsible for all administrative decisions in running the school.
