CEIBS Global EMBA Singapore Seminar - Super Syntelligent: The Infinite Evolution of the Enterprise

About The Event
Artificial intelligence is evolving from an assistive tool into intelligent agents capable of participating in thinking, decision-making, and execution. This shift is bringing enterprise management to a new turning point. For Chinese companies expanding into global markets, the real challenge is no longer simply entering overseas markets, butbuilding global capabilities for continuous learning, rapid response, and efficient collaboration across more complex cultural, organisational, customer, and operational environments.
In his new book Super Syntelligent: The Infinite Evolution of the Enterprise, CEIBS Professor Fang Yue proposes that enterprise evolution in the AI era is not about simply replacing people with technology, nor about adding more tools to existing organisations. Rather, it is about reconstructing the fundamental mechanisms through which enterprises sense, judge, decide, and act. As AI increasingly becomes a trainable, collaborative, and executable "digital employee," corporate competitiveness will no longer depend solely on headcount, hierarchical efficiency, or resource scale. Instead, it will depend on whether an enterprise can integrate human judgment, AI execution, and organisational learning into a continuously evolving intelligent system. This is the future enterprise form envisioned by the concept of the "Super Syntelligent."
At this CEIBS Global EMBA Singapore seminar on June 30, Professor Fang will explore the frontier concept of the "Super Syntelligent" and discuss how Chinese companies can rethink the relationship among technology, talent, and organisation in global operations. He will examine how AI can be truly embedded into business processes and management systems to enhance cross-regional collaboration, localised responsiveness, and global operating capabilities. Through this lens, participants will be invited to reconsider the deeper competitiveness of Chinese companies going global in the AI era: not merely replicating existing models, but building human-AI collaborative organisations capable of continuous learning and self-evolution.
