As Chinese companies navigate a more complex and fragmented global landscape, overseas expansion is evolving from a mere growth option into a strategic imperative, said Managing Partner of InterChina Eduardo Morcillo at a CEIBS Executive Forum on the school’s Shanghai campus today.

The 7th Annual CEIBS Organisational Behaviour & Human Resource Management Symposium, hosted by CEIBS’ OB/HR Department, took place at Academic Centre 3-117 on November 20, 2025. Centering on “Navigating New Frontiers: Work and Leadership in the Age of Technology”, the event gathered over 80 professors, doctoral students, and practitioners worldwide. As a key academic forum, it provided a platform for sharing cutting-edge research in OB/HR management.

November 19, 2024. Shanghai - The 6th Annual CEIBS Organisational Behaviour & Human Resource Management (OB/HRM) Symposium brought together scholars, practitioners, and students from around the globe to explore critical issues around the management of employees and organisations amidst sustainability challenges and technological advancements. Shanghai – The CEIBS Organisational Behaviour & Human Resource Management Symposium is a forum for academics to discuss their latest research in organisational behaviour and human resource management.
